Origin : Native to Central America (Mexico to Panama) (humid tropical forest undergrowth climate). Highly valued indoors for its beauty and reliability.
Characteristics : Climbing vine with aerial roots, large glossy leaves. Indoor size: 2–3 m with support.
Care : Bright partial shade; water when the substrate surface dries. Ideal temperature 18–27°C. Ambient humidity medium to high depending on the species; use a draining substrate (potting soil + perlite) and avoid stagnant water.
